From that point on, the Lampasas Central Appraisal District will accept sealed bids on any property held in trust. Bid forms may be acquired at the Lampasas Central Appraisal District. The Appraisal District review all bids received and will process on a first come, first served basis.  Bids that are in the full amount of the opening bid requested at the original tax sale are automatically accepted; however, all other bids must be submitted to the individual governing bodies of those taxing jurisdictions that have tax amounts due them under the judgment.   Individuals submitting bids will be contacted by the Lampasas Central Appraisal District and advised as to the results.   Those individuals with the high bids will be asked to deliver their bid amount in the form of a cashier's check to the Lampasas Central Appraisal District within ten (10) days.   No bid will be processed for approval until such time as the bid amount has been received by the Lampasas Central Appraisal District.   Once approved by all of the impacted taxing jurisdictions, a tax resale deed is prepared and upon final execution that deed is recorded and delivered to the successful bidder.","sort_order":11},{"faq_type":"COUNTY","prompt":"Bidder Registration:","response":"For more information, contact the officer conducting the sale.\n","sort_order":8},{"faq_type":"COUNTY","prompt":"Notice of Sale will typically be posted on or in:","response":"Giddings Times","sort_order":5}],"county_name":"LEE COUNTY","county_state":"TX"}
